Such a great vet team. Becci, Matthew, David and the whole staff are amazing with my BSH and always make me feel reassured. It’s clear they genuinely care and the quality of care is excellent.

What can I say, this place is incredible. The standard of care from Matt and Clare in looking after our cat, Roxy, was exceptional. We visited Matt in absolute despair having had a rather negative experience with another vets in Exeter. Roxy was very poorly and we had no clarity on what the potential cause of her symptoms were. Matt was patient, kind, clear and went through his thoughts on diagnosis with the utmost professionalism and helped us to form a treatment plan. He really cared about the best outcome for her. Sadly and despite Matt’s best efforts, Roxy did not recover and Matt and Clare were on hand when she fell asleep for the last time and Clare assisted us in making cremation arrangements. It was also a lovely touch to receive a card through the post shortly afterwards, with their sympathies. Every member of staff, including Ellie on reception, were always fantastic and went the extra mile for us. Matt, you in particular are a credit to this practice and to the veterinary profession. Thank you.

Excellent Vets, I would highly recommend Ark Vets - David is highly skilled, knowledgeable, empathetic and trustworthy. I have seen first hand how he goes above and beyond to help pets and their owners. Becky is also a brilliant Nurse, friendly, kind and approachable. Their lovely team is growing and I can see why. Great vet practice, we had a very poorly pup with sickness, rang at 830am they booked us in the same day 1030am but said to bring in pup if we’re concerned, I rang back 5mins later to say we’re coming in and they saw us straight away, spent time with us and were very helpful and caring. I recently had occasion to visit Ark Vets in Pinhoe with an injured animal, and I was incredibly impressed by the level of care it received. The team went above and beyond, putting in exceptional time and effort over several weeks to nurse it back to full health and ensure it could be safely returned to its natural environment. Their dedication, compassion and professionalism were outstanding, and I was truly grateful for everything they did. I would highly recommend this independent veterinary practice.

Unlike other large chain vets, I don't feel ark vets are out for your money, they actually care about the health of the animal more. My beloved cat was generally down in the dumps and off her food, it transpires that a loose canine and a stiff back leg may be causing this. The vet discussed options with me and we agreed to try a teeth scale and removal of canine and some anti inflammatory liquid medicine. My cat is now back to playing like a kitten. Hoorraahh for that..
