We’ve always had good service at Beaumont over the past five years, particularly when our cat was very ill 4 years ago. Yesterday’s visit stood out in particular. Our cat is a very nervous cat and can find visits to the vet quite stressful, but the nurse was absolutely brilliant with her. She was so calm, gentle and kind, and took the time to handle our cat carefully and patiently. She was also incredibly thorough with her check-up, which really put us at ease. It was so heartening to see someone who clearly understood how to work with a nervous animal and didn’t rush her. We really appreciated the care and compassion she showed to our beloved pet.

Very friendly staff that explain everything clearly and have a genuine love for animals

I honestly cannot praise Beaumont Veterinary Centre and the entire team highly enough. I have been with Beaumont’s for over 30 years, through many much-loved family pets, and our recent experience with Reggie reminded me exactly why we have stayed with them for so long. Reggie unexpectedly needed surgery, and from the moment we arrived, the care, compassion and kindness shown to both him and us was exceptional. When your pet is poorly or hurt, they aren't "just a pet" – they are part of your family – and the team at Beaumont’s completely understand that. Pippy in particular was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, compassionate and incredibly supportive throughout what was a very worrying time. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt listened to, reassured and, most importantly, that Reggie was in genuinely caring hands. I also want to give a special mention to Malachy, the Practice Director. His kindness, understanding and communication following Reggie’s treatment meant a great deal to me. It is often how people treat you during the difficult moments that you remember most, and the genuine compassion shown by everyone at Beaumont’s really stayed with me. After more than three decades with the practice, it is genuinely lovely to know that despite how much the veterinary world has changed over the years, that personal, human connection at Beaumont’s is still very much there. Of course, the clinical care Reggie received was fantastic – but it was the kindness surrounding that care that made such a difference to us. Reggie is now home, healing beautifully and getting back to being his usual self, and I will always be incredibly grateful to everyone who looked after him. Over 30 years of trusting Beaumont’s with members of our family, and experiences like this are exactly why. ❤️🐾 Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to Pippy, Malachy and the entire Beaumont’s team. £65 for a 5-minute consultation where the vet couldn't identify the issue. They did suggest next steps, but all were costly. No discount offered on the initial fee if we went ahead with further diagnosis. Would have felt fairer if the consultation cost was reduced once we committed to the fuller investigation. Clearly this practice prioritises it's bottom line over driving better value for its customers.

Great vets! Never let me down

Very good approach to my dogs care. No pressure or guilt tripping me into going for immediate treatment as it was an option to wait and see for a couple of days, on painkiller, as it could be a a strain that would pass . Plan to come back if no improvement.

Vet was very thorough with investigating our dogs eye infection and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Prices do seem to be going up would be the only downside
