Medivet Exeter Cranbrook (Cranbrook Veterinary Centre)

Lovely and friendly staff, great treatment of our cat (both in the sense of care, and surgery), and they are very good at talking things through with us (explaining risk, expectations, after care treatment, etc.). Going to the vets can be an immensely stressful process - they help to make it easier, and it's also a relief simply knowing that we can trust them.

Had to take my dog to Cranbrook as we are in the area visiting family. We received such fantastic treatment from the friendly team there and the dog was treated with such care and love. As a member of medivet it's given us such peace of mind to know we are able to receive the same care and attention in other practices as well as our home practice. Thank you Ellie and Monika for your time today, Shadow is already feeling much better.

Amazing pet plan for an animal (rabbit) also, the staff is so professional

We have been coming to this vet’s for 6 years! We have had others but this one by far beats them all! Everyone is so caring and understanding! Special mention to Chris he is always amazing with my rabbits!

Good service in terms of pet treatment, notifications and front of desk. However, cost of most recent treatment was more than the vet had outlined the previous week. In addition, a receipt with a breakdown of the treatment costs would have been welcome.

Had an emergency appointment for our cat, we were seen 45 minutes after calling. The staff were more than helpful from calling to sorting out paperwork and an hour after leaving Lulu was on her way back to being her self, can't thank them enough :-)

I wish I could rate 10 stars we had to take our poorly dog to the team, first time visit. They are brilliant, it is obvious that they care about all of their patients, very friendly, very thorough and very efficient. Blood tests turned around quickly, clear and understandable explanations and a good plan going forward. Alice the vet we saw was great with our sometimes awkward husky and everyone from the nurses to reception were first class. Leaving reviews for places that look after our furbies can be driven by emotions but there is nothing negative to say just a huge thank you to everyone there for their kindness, thoroughness and help, you guys rock

Staff very friendly, patient and welcoming! Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. Happily & confidently engaged with my dog who was visiting for his first time for treatment. He absolutely loved the vet nurse who saw us! (Nurse Ipek I believe) absolutely amazing! So so pleased with our visit, will always be recommending Medi Vet Cranbrook to all of my friends, family & customers! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
